| I see that you have decided to get into the fray with your new purchase. When I first read this thread I did not think too much of it. I know a number of shooters whom have decided that these rifles are legal in Ca. Then I saw your other thread and I thought that maybe you were sold this rifle with out any explanation of the current laws in Ca. Go to that site and read up on them. Just as a lot of people are using these gun in Ca and not getting into trouble some people are getting arrested for the same gun. It is my opinion that this area of the law has not been adequately defined. Again in my opinion your rifle is CA legal, but I am just a citizen and my voice doesn’t count. Despoiler |
