I don't know what your budget is, but the trigger you want is about $300, the Jewell is half that. If you have the money go for it, but as you know, match rifles are not cheep to build.

| ... I know, this is why I'm taking my time on the build, to get exactly what I want w/o having to cut corners.

That's great. I am way too impatient to build a match rifle because of the investment in both time and money. White Oak barrel?? 20'' or 24''?

... well, got the buffer tube, buffer spring, buffer and the lower parts kit I will have this together (at least the lower, as I have not even started purchasing any parts for the upper) and will hopefully have some pics to go along with it. Can anyone suggest a pistol grip with a palm rest? (link, please...) Niko911... I understand that and have seen them too. I appreciate the suggestion... however, I am way too picky for a match lower I did not build myself. If it costs more, than so be it. The upper is next... and I feel will be more "problematic"... |

All the AR15 grips will work for AR10 correct. Command Arms makes a decent grip with a palm rest. http://www.commandarms.com/product.asp?pID=155&cID=11

... I'm thinking more of something like this... with a large palm rest. SureGrip ERGO AR10 Tactical Deluxe Grip With Adjustable Palm Rest - Ambi |

How about a DPMS, this goes on their match AR10's AR15.COM :: Forums :: Pistol Grips - Ergo, Hogue, TangoDown, Magpul, Fobus, World Wide Ordnance, DPMS, etc The link above has the same one you posted for 13 dollars less. The DPMS is even cheaper, but the Ergo suregrip is far better. DPMS ![]() http://ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=125&t=366187 Sure grip

| I had an ArmaLite AR-10A4 SPR that I tricked out a little. The barrel was a chrome lined 20" medium weight. I added an awesome E1 Free Float Handguard from SWS. I modified a full kit MIAD grip from Magpul to fit the lower and used a fixed A2 style butt stock. The flip up battle sights were from GG&G and the 4.5 lb two stage trigger was installed and tuned by ArmaLite. All-n-all, it was a fine rifle. |

... okay, the lower is done. I am beginning to compile a parts list for the upper receiver. For the barrel, I am looking at an Obermeyer Barrel in 22" in a "straight barrel target configuration". Ultimately, I would like a crowned barrel with threads, in case I want to get a can for this. Does anyone have any other suggestions here? |

Okay... in need of assistance from fellow G & G members. I need a parts list for the M110 SASS (AR-10) sniper rifle. Does anyone have a good, accurate parts list to "tell" me exactly what I need... or do I truly "wing-it"?

It's the same lower as any other... with the exception of the Magpul stock. But... here are a few anyway... I intend to replace the pistol grip with the following: SureGrip ERGO AR10 Tactical Deluxe Grip With Adjustable Palm Rest - Ambi ... then comes the upper receiver. Does anyone have a barrel preference? |
