If you are worried she might use it on you, then buy a level 3 vest and pray she aims for center mass

Mine used to get mad, but now sees the guns were better than the stock market.

I know a guy who went through a nasty divorce. HER lawyer was trying to make him out to be the bad guy in court, and asked "Why do you have over 30 hand guns in the house?" He said... "Why don't you ask my wife why she has over 30 pairs of shoes in the house? We argue. We go shopping cuz it makes us feel better. That's what we come home with."

Buy her a .22 adaptor for the AR and let her shoot it. Friend of mine's wife says it feels and sounds like running a sewing machine.

Personally I made the mistake of starting my wife out with handloads in a 2" S&W wheelgun. After that first ball of fire she hasn't pulled a trigger with her eyes open since.

Smile Cz 527

I was looking at a CZ 527 in 223. My wife was with me when I went back to the gun shop. Gun in quesrion has a beautiful curly maple stock. She fell in love with the wood and SHE bought it.

hehe, neat VF. Sounds like a good birthday.

My wife knew what she was getting into when we got married. Her only caveat is that she gets a new toy when I do. Last time it was a Pink Lady. Before that it was a GPS for her car. Fortunately they don't have to be comparably priced, so I can get away with a date night once in a while, which is like a double win for me.

It has really slowed down my buying now that everything costs twice as much as it used to!
