How to protect your ATV from mice...?

My buddy uses mothballs sitting on a plate in his boat. I'm thinking of trying it under my ATV.

Comments?

Put some Decon Mouse-Pruf II in a container a mouse can get into but not cats or dogs. Mice love the stuff, and eat it like candy - then they die.

Same here but in my Corvettes. I have a couple older ('57 and '62) Corvettes when I'm not driving 'em I put a bowl of moth balls on the floor boards and atop the engines before putting a cover on 'em. Had a very serious problem a few years ago with them critter chewing on the wiring....no more..!!!!

the best way to do the moth balls is to put them in a mason jar and pop holes in the lid then place them in places all over your yard it will keep snakes and other stuff away too.plus the good critters can't eat them because they are deadly to animals and kids.

Lol, this reminds me when I worked at Indianapolis metro airport, when My buddies and I were cleaning a customers plane we found a dead shriveled up mouse on the rear dashboard.

take your atv and run them over lol, i would just get a barn cat and not feed it, itl catch em if it wants to eat. and it sounds like moth balls work as well.
