1 sow can breed twice a year, bearing 6-8 young each time. The females reach breeding age in 6 mo. and start the whole process over again, so it's like a snowball rolling down a hill. I've actually got several hundred pics from this camera, this is just a small sampling.

| Mr. Fixit ![]() | As long as my FIL says o.k., you guys can come shoot every damm hog you can find. FWIW, the black hog in the first pics is a monster. It's hard to tell from the camera angle, but the bottom of the feed unit is exactly 5' from the ground. This puts the top of his back at around 3'. I'm moving my trap up around this feeder to see what I can catch.

| Sounds great, but I think that would be a little bit out of my way. Would you be able to keep the meat toolman? I wouldn't want to drag it all the way back to CA.

| Wish we had wild hogs up here, looks like fun. Is the eatin' like regular pork or gamier?

| Mr. Fixit ![]() | Rasterman, the meat taste like domestic pork only with more flavor and is a lot leaner. It's excellent eating and they are a lot of fun to hunt. They are literally taking over down here. I've got some more pics under the heading "Boar Pics".
