Now here is one i actually shot I got this 6X8 muley with a .300rum at 180 yards. i had to be back at camp to leave at 9:00 a.m. i knew there was a deer onthe hillside because he snorted 3 or 4 times, but i couldn't pick him out. finally at about 8:35 he came out into and i got my chance. the best part is that this was only my second years of deer hunting.

Trust me when I say "I know the feeling". Sometimes I have to get one of the kids to show me how to do something on here.
Atleast you got the pics on here...Nice!

Here are a few from my trip to Wyoming a couple of years ago, the mule deer was in a shallow cave in the side of a hill, all i could see of him was his head and neck, had to honk the truck horn to get him to stand so i could get a decent shot, .300wsm
put him down at 250 yards. The antelope was shot at 200 yards, 20 minutes after we got my buck in the truck. It was a good day. ![]() ![]()

As for my favorite trophies, my girlfriends first deer, and squirrel hunting with my son comes to mind.
