| Have to agree with the 22Lr. moving around. I shot a coyote broad side on the right side behind the shoulder and when I skinned him the bullet was in the left leg. | I accept the word "BOUNCE"as I remember the story of the recruits on the range and all but one were firing from the 100yd line.This one recruit was on the 500yd line and still making bullseyes.The instructor asked him how this was possible.He pointed a rock out down range about half way to the target and stated:'See that rock?I am hitting that rock about halfway down there and "BOUNCING"the bullets into the bullseye at 500yds." Of course I cant verify this story,but believe it may have happened after having watched recruits shoot. sam. |
