| If you folks want to see some real world testing, check out this site. It also dismisses several "urban legends" when it comes to bullet performance. The Box O' Truth - Ammo Penetration Testing |

| This seems to be a site dedicated to gun/ammo intended to shoot people, and in particular through glass, doors, and other things which may get in the way. I can't say I have any interest in that. Is there something there related to big game hunting that I missed? Ron |

| Yeah, that site is well known to a lot of us, especially mosin folk. It's linked to (a lot by me) all around the forums here. There's a few neat episodes where he uses his Shilo Sharps 45/70 "buffalo gun" and demonstrates why you don't get into fights with buffalo hunters. I'd call that "big game hunting". ![]()

| I should correct my original post. I have the utmost respect for those that serve their country and protect our freedom, and in the process are forced to shoot people. Outside of the military and police, however, I personally don't have any interest. I'm much too old for the military or police service. Ron |
