I Want My Country Back!

Remember when majority ruled? Whether it's a show of hands or the result of a vote, the people were heard and a foundation was placed for all. There are those in our country that don't like the idea of living by our Constitution and the laws of our great nation. We have judges that want to re-write the Constitution instead of interpret it. A 5-4 decision by the Supreme Court to uphold our Second Amendment made me wonder where we're headed. It should have been 9-0! Californian's, overwhelmingly voted against Gay Marriage and the Court's overturned that vote! I don't believe there should be such a thing as tenure! Whether you're a Judge or a college professor. Why do we have a minority of people trying to change America? Why don't they just leave? You have people like John Soros who is trying to buy change and manipulate our society. It's time to focus our attention on the enemies within and take any action necessary to preserve our nation and it's way of life. If we can't even get our Congress to agree on preserving our borders, what are we going to do? Here is my list of what I want. Let's see how many agree with me.
1) An energy bill that provides for refineries and drilling in this country and off-shore. No earmarks or pork attached to the bill!
2) Any judge that is legislating from the bench instead of interpreting the law will be fired!
3) No tenure for college professors! If you are indoctrinating instead of teaching, you're fired!
4) Special Interest Groups that stand in the way of the better good of all Americans or jeopardize our National Interests will be fined and all active members arrested and charged with Treason!
5) Congressmen and Senators will re-take the Oath of Office and will be impeached if they receive and except "under-the-table" cash to push an agenda from the above mentioned Special Interest Groups.
6) Any antiwar protester that either desecrates the flag or spits on a military person in uniform will be arrested and charged with Treason!
7) No more long "rap" sheets for criminals. Three strikes and you're DEAD!
8) No commercials on TV during broadcast of a show, movie, or sporting event. Only after and before.
9) No one allowed to purchase or move a mobile home to Oklahoma, Texas, or Kansas or any other state that is in Tornado Alley. Anyone attempting this will be directly sent to a mental facility for testing and observation. No more fat women in "moo-moo's" allowed to be videoed and asked about "what the tornado was like?"
10) Billy Mays(Oxi-Clean commercial) will be required to drink de-caf prior to a commercial taping!
11) O.J. Simpson would be sent directly to jail for 1st Degree Murder
12) California would become it's own country.
13) Puerto Rica would become the new 50'th state.
14) Barack Obama would receive a U.S. Geography and History lesson so he would never forget how many states are in this country!
15) We would send National Guard troops into the inner-cities to clean out the Gangs.
16) Writing graffiti on buildings, walls, and public restrooms would become a Federal Offense and violators would receive a Public Execution!.
17) A Death Sentence would be carried out in 24 hours, not 24 years.
18) Al Gore would receive a Gag Order and deported to France!
19) Any public official convicted of a Felony would not be able to hold any public office ever again.
20) Term limits for all public offices! No more career politicians.
21) No microwaves or warming trays allowed in fast-food restaurants. All fast-food restaurants will start using the same methods of cooking and grease they used 35 years ago.
22) Christmas will become Christmas AGAIN the stores and streets will be decorated like they were when I was a kid, and CLOSED on Christmas!
23) Teachers Unions will be dissolved and Corporal Punishment will be reinstated in the public schools.
24) Any juvenile that causes too much trouble for the parents, schools, or public will be sent to a military school who's instructors are Marine DI's!
These are just a few of my thoughts on this Sunday morning. Some serious, some ....... not so much! This is my first Blog and when I'm ready, mentally, to give some serious thought to something really profound, compelling, or provocative I'll get busy typing. I've had too many interruptions this morning to keep a mind-set on what I'm thinking about. Enjoy! Brother Bob :)

Sounds good to me. I have a few to add to it.
1)Anybody running for public office has to pass
the US citizenship test.
2)The test of the emergency broadcast system will not be permitted at the bottom of the hour(the end of the show) only at the top of the hour.
3)Any politician that proposes something that has already been tried that failed will be put in a rocket and fired into the sun.
4)Anyone who supports a politician, and cant tell you one thing they did while in office, will be taken to area 51 and traded to aliens for something more useful like navel lint,toenail clippings or dust bunnies.
5) Everyone who holds public office will have to pass a yearly test to prove they are sane.
6)Anybody for any reason, at anytime, will be allowed to order an officer of the law or politician to have a drug test. The results will be printed on the front page of their local newspaper.
7)Politicians will be paid the avg salary of their district/state.
8)Politicians will be only allowed to have the avg. person's health-care in their state/district.
9)People who act crazy will be treated like people who act crazy. Put a stick in their mouth and chunk them on the ground.

Sorry for interrupting, this morning, but I did get a preview of the blog! I like it, some tongue-in-cheek, and some downright serious. I don't understand this new rule by the minority. We have grown as a nation, and a people, and don't pass laws to lynch people, but I am also tired of one or two malcontents telling the rest of us how to live our lives. As far as I'm concerned, if two guys want to live with each other, go for it! BUT, don't try to teach my kids that it's normal! And if you don't believe in God, that's your right, but don't tell me that I have to take God out of my life, public or private! Thyis country is based on democracy, and is (used to be) ruled by the will of the people. What happened to that? I keep getting the comments, "slavery used to be legal", but that has nothing to do with today. The folks in Ca. have learned just how much their vote counts, according to the 9th circuit court. Apparently they aren't intelligent enough to run their own affairs! An 82% vote reversed by liberal know-it-alls in black gowns! I'm with you, Brother Bob, we need to take our government back from special interests, and the ultra rich, who think they're smarter than the average American. This is supposed to be govt. for, by, and of the people, not special interests. I guess you can tell I'm with you! I say kick everyone who is a member of the fascist minority in control of the state out to Mexico and station National Guard troops with live ammunition and weapons on the border. No more illegal crossings, no more crazy gun laws, no more $4.55 gas.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein was on fox news and when asked about the oil companies not building any new refineries in thirty years due to restrictions and impossible regulations she said They aren't trying hard enough. I'm sure if they tried "HARD ENOUGH" they could "GET BY" the regulations. What does "get by" the the regulations mean? Is that a hint that they haven't bribed the right person. She also said the oil companies don't want to build new refineries. I think she needs to look across the border.
