Gun Control real in ELk Grove and No help available!

I am a member of the NRA, in good standing. I never thought this would happen to me, but it did. I have a special needs son. He had a traumatic injury to his head. This caused an extreme behavior change. My family has been taking him to see Mental Doctors for over 6 years since his injury. He had been taking a very powerful drug call respirdal. What does this have to do with gun control? Because of his behavior it was necessary to call the Elk Grove PD, from the advice of his analyst. We did a couple times and he vowed revenge. We called them because he wouldn't take his meds and he would turn into a raging animal. Destroying things, threatening to hurt people, and himself. It was a terrible thing to experience, especially to your "baby boy" who is 16 now and bigger than your wife and yourself. On May 19 of this year my wife and I were having a very stressful morning due to the "outburst" of our son and medicine. I did something stupid but my son saw it differently. He called the PD. The Swat team came to my house. But I had left for work. I even said ,"good-bye, I'm going to work." This was at 10:00 am. I get to work and there was a Swat team waiting for me. My son had called and stated I had weapons with me and was trying to kill myself. This was not true. To make a long story short, in California they have a law called 5150, if you are trying to kill yourself, they can hold you for 72 hours, and sedate you. I talked to a psychiatrist and he stated I wasn't trying to kill myself and released me after 12 hours. When I was in the holding, the PD called and stated they wanted the keys, and combo for my gunsafe or they would destroy it with a locksmith. They took all my guns. I had been collecting for over 40 years, My father and I used to go shooting together. I even had matching serial numbers and some of the rifles. Some were brand new. They took everything. The problem is nobody will help me get them back. I called the NRA, the told me to call the grassroots leader, and they told me to call a lawyer. The lawyer wanted $5000 dollars upfront. In all I had 48 rifles,shotguns, and handguns taken. I went to court, the judge stated he would give my guns back but the City Attorney, busy on the phone, told the judge that someone had filled a 5150 against me. The problem is I can't find out who did that. So now I have to go to another court. I need help. If there is anyone that can help me, please, help. With this 5150 they have taken away my Second Amendment rights. The PD have treated me like a criminal. The 5150 is for 5 years. There have been criminals in this state that have murdered people and gotten less time.
