Some have complained about "False Tsunami Alerts", when the flooding was minimal on some Islands west of Chile. Chileans got the worst of it partly because of inefficient communication and a sloppy warning system in a setting of where the Worlds Most Powerful Earthquakes, EVER RECORDED! occur every few decades, fairly frequent on the Geologic scale..

How can the "U.S." agree to that garbage. Congress (Senate by 2/3 majority) has to approve treaties! Dang it ! This also does not agree with the NRA's overconfident previous statement (in this Blog). The NRA says "nothing has passed" but with Hillary's support, who can imagine what's coming!
