Scrappy Joe Biden from Scranton PA(kind of sounds like a Jimmy Cagney character doesn't it) said this on Sunday. "mark my words...watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy. There are gonna be a lot of you who want to go, 'Whoa, wait a minute, yo, whoa, whoa, I don't know about that decision. Because if you think the decision is sound when they're made, which I believe you will when they're made, they're not likely to be as popular as they are sound. Because if they're popular, they're probably not sound." By his logic doesn't this mean that Bush did the right thing? Also who here is up for a nice thermonuclear war?

Biden told everyone at the beginning of the primaries that he felt McCain was a better choice for President than either Hillary or Obama and that he would be willing to be his running mate.Posted 10-23-2008 at 01:30 AM by DWFan

Try this scenario folks and see if it doesn't send a chill down your spine:
Obama and Biden get elected to office. However a federal court suspends the results of the Presidential elections over the lawsuit concerning Obama's birth certificate until the document can be verified.
Guess who takes the oath of office as President of the United States? Yep, Joe Biden; after first being sworn in as VP. By the 25th Amendment, if the President cannot do his duty, the Vice President assumes the office. Also by law, suspending the Presidential election does not effect the Vice-Presidential election.
Spooky? try this one:
Obama is cleared; the birth certificate is declared valid and Obama cannot take his place as the elected President because by the 25th Amendment he was NOT the President at the time Biden was sworn in but only the President-elect and had not taken the oath of office. The only way, by Constitutional law, would be for Biden to appoint Obama as Vice President and then resign, then Obama takes office and reappoints Biden as VP. What happens if Biden refuses to resign? You can't impeach the man for assuming the Presidency legally.
