Jim I take it that you know something about Simon Kenton and his relationship with Boone and Tecumseh and settlers going to Kentuck
and Tennesee. Read his bio and was duly impressed He helped one of my ancestors who father was orphaned by the crown
because of his involvement with Francis Bacon. Then they were raised by GW grand father before settling in the Tennesee and the Carolinas. Deep history there.

Well tomorrow is another day and after
loading 3 different loads of abt 50 rnds
and scrubbing that dirty rifle out and talking to you guys this past week. I gotta get ready to get down the road for a few weeks.
Proabil will load in catoosa tomorrow and head back t Cali.
Scotty I do hope you have peace in your situation and say hi to CGO for me.

One of the first jobs Dad got when he
retired from the Corps after Korea was as a
Pheonix patroll officer with the Pheonix
police dept. Taking his new bride with him most every where he went he decided to
show her the ropes of pistol shooting one day as they traveled west of Tempe.
Stopping on a old ranch road he set up quite a few cans on the split rail fence and took his service revolver and demonstrated with care the proper pistol handling and safety tecniques....
