I am looking to buy my first handgun. I'm considering between a HK USP 9mm or a Glock 17. I am about 5'8, 175 lbs. The weapon would be for self-defense and for the range. Please I would love to hear your opinions, but please I would prefer to stick to 9mm suggestions.

I contacted a Jack Russel Rescue this past weekend to see what they are about. We just recently retired a male JRT. We didn't have Jack for even a year before he got sick. I'll tell you, working is hard. I worked a full 5 days this week. This was the first week that I worked all week since the end of Febuary. It will be great come pay day for sure, but I really have missed all the extra trigger time. I am sooo going to perferate some paper tomarrow. I can't wait to post some new pics.
