It is necessary to regulate our rights. That is, it is necessary to pass laws to restrict our rights in order to guarantee that other's rights remain intact.

Look at the 1st amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition...

I'm not a financial guru of any sort so I can't say that this bailout is necessary or not. But a few things puzzle me:
1. If this is such a dire need, that we have to have this or else, why take a holiday?
2. If this was such a dire need, why add pork that included tax breaks and other non essential junk in it?
I seriously have to question anything these jackholes do.
