Well I woke up in the middle of the night with a killer headache that was refractory to advil. Everytime I would move my head the headache would come back. Being that I didn't feel like driving 1 hour to get to clinic today only to be greeted by Spanish speaking only patients. I have no problem with Spanish speakers, but I speak broken spanglish so I really can't communicate with them well. It's very frustrating. So this year is coming to an end. I am so glad. This year has by far been the worst year of my life. From major illness, to major break ups, to excruciating 8 hour tests, to the first death of someone really close to my heart. This year hasn't been the easiest one to escape with a smile on my face. It seems like every time I get back on my feet there's something to knock me back down. I'm ready for something good to happen to me.

I'm still optimistic about 2008. It has to be my year....
