So this year is coming to an end. I am so glad. This year has by far been the worst year of my life. From major illness, to major break ups, to excruciating 8 hour tests, to the first death of someone really close to my heart. This year hasn't been the easiest one to escape with a smile on my face. It seems like every time I get back on my feet there's something to knock me back down. I'm ready for something good to happen to me.

I'm still optimistic about 2008. It has to be my year....

I've noticed something in my few months on the job that I don't agree with. When you're in a position of power that doesn't give you the right to be a jackarse. Intimidation is for cowards. When you know that people are afraid of you then you should not abuse that. You should also know how to keep your cool and not let it show when you're mad. You may be good at what you do but that is not your license to treat people like isht. It sounds like a lot, but with great power comes great responsibility....
