Don't screw up like jerry
I had my bow string replaced recently. Shop did a great job.
The bow was right on before going in. I got it home and put the first arrow through the wood fence (high) Mistake #1. Make sure you have plenty of backstop especially when the point of impact is unknown. So I go to wally world ( the only place I can guy a few $2.69 arrows to trash at 1830.) Key word, TRASH. I move the sites & try again. I'm shooting high, so of course I move the sites down. Mistake #2. I ran another arrow into the fence. Repeat mistake #1 Having the bow shoot great for so many years, I foregot to move the sites with the bow. If shooting high, move high, if shooting left, move left, etc.. So, I calmly put the bow back in my basement room, have dinner and a beer. don't screw up like jerry ![]()

Just remember this Jerry. A short tape measures long, therefore subtract...and a long tape measures short, therefore add. Hey...you need a computer to figure this out. Don't try to figure out what I meant. Hexl...I don't even know. Just thought it might get your mind on another subject.
![]() At $2.69 you could run up quite a bill just hitting the top of tree tops. :jaw:  ![]()
