Welcome to G&G! Glad to have fellow mature members of our generation. I'm an almost 23yr old soon-to-be college grad. I refer to myself as an "armchair hunter" because I keep planning to go hunting and I talk about it to learn what I can, but have never really gone out and done it except for accompanying juveniles once as their requisite adult and shooting a varmint once for pest control.

I have a neighbor who does bow hunting and I sure do respect it. I'd like to get into archery some time but due to my technological inclinations, I'll probably stick with modern rifles primarily. Have a spot in my heart for the muzzle-loaders though.

Anyway, hope you stick around, and forget all the warnings about other board members... it's projection.
