Mathews Bow?

Hello new to the site but love it already.

I use an old Miles Keller XI Legend and was looking to get a new bow and was looking at the Mathews either Switchback or the Drenlin.

Any responces would be appreciated or even another comparable bow to look in to would be great.

I personaly don't know anything about bow's.
But I promise you you their's a lot of members that do, and will be more than willing to help you.

I personally know a lot about bows. I am an accomplished bow hunter and also hold several records in target archery. But, I ain't gonna tell you anything.

PS...I also hold records in Bull Shi--ing. JBS Ozark American

haha. You would be very pleased with a matthews. With the new swithcback set up properly, you will probably only need one pin out to 35-40 yards. If you feel comfortable shooting any further than that, you can always add another pin. Go to an archery shop and shoot one, you will probably like it.

In all seriousness, Matthews bows are top of the line. You should be pleased with one.

yea matthews bows are really good expensive but you will be really happy with a matthews

I shoot a matthews that is about 14 yrs old, it still shoots very well. I've been wanting to upgrade, and when I do. I think I might go for the bowtec. their new cam system - the binary cam - does not go out of adjustment as easy and the double or cam 1/2 bows do. Check out their web site. You also need to check out Hunter's Friend, the Bowhunter's Pro-Shop.....Discount Compound Bow Systems Online. it is has all the info. on bows you will need. they talk about speed, brace height, cams, parallel limbs. Great web site to let you make you choice.
