| Buy Used Army Gun?
FAC is offering FN/Argentine Hi Powers for $240. Is anyone familiar with these guns? Ad gives the impression they were made in Argentina. Is this a fair price? Suppossed to be "refurbished" with "good bores". How much should I pay for a Hi Power? What would you suggest to a first time buyer? THANKS!! Shane |

I'm not hi power nut by any means, but i've shot them before and they are great guns. I thin FN sold the tools to an argentine contractor after the war at some point. Should be the same guns made on the same machines. I know wartime models are pretty spendy. If I had money burning a hole in my poor college student pockets I'd like one. I'll never carry a single action only gun, but I'm a history buff.
