| Browing Hi -Power
My dad brought back from WW2 a Browning Hi-Power, it was made when Belgium was occupied by Germany, it's in ment condition with the original leather holster and two clips. Is it worth much ? Last edited by driach; 07-23-2008 at 12:43 PM. |

If it has Nazi marking on it, it's of no value. Mail it to me for the disposal box. In reality, if it does have Nazi marks it's worth a nice amount. If it's in good condition with marks, and if the holster and mags are Nazi marked, WWII collectors will want it real bad. Yeah, MUCH comes to mind. It would be a nice Antiques Road Show gun.

in the blue book of gun values, there are several listings, here are some exerpts: waffenampt proof type 1, serial range for production under german occupation is 50,001-53,000. 98%-$3,350; waffenampt proof type 2, pistols are proofed waA613, WaA103, or WaA104, 98%, $1,600; waffenampt proofed type 3, (the most common type made during the war), made with standard fixed sights, 100%, $850........ it sounds like a keeper to me.....
