Glock 32 .357SIG in DeSantas paddle or Bianchi Model 100 IWB. Light weight clothes, it's a Kel-Tec P-3AT in a pocket holster. I have carried several others but these two get the job done for me.

Toolman,
If you are contemplating buying the Para Tac4 be sure and try the trigger. Because its hammerless you really can't dry fire the weapon without jacking the slide for every shot. If you can actually shoot one at the range do so. The backstrap safety must be FULLY depressed b/4 the gun will shoot, and mine has a 10-12 lb trigger with a "burr" somewhere in the action.

BTW... my daily carry pistol is a Glock 29 (10mm), however I am getting a Kimber Ultra Carry to replace the Glock. Love the Glock and it really shoots well, but it is a little large for concealment.

I've noticed several members here alternate the type pistol they carry. I'm a firm believer in carrying the same gun all the time. In the heat of a shooting situation I think the split second spent in remembering what pistol you have on that day could get you into serious trouble. IMHO

When I got my CCW License, several years ago, I started carrying a Ruger KP97DC. I recently got a Milt Sparks VM2 Holster IWB that I use. The first two pictures here are mine: RUGERFORUM.NET - Pictures of Auto's

Hot weather: Taurus 905 snubnose 9mm (with moonclips) in a Mika pocket holster; Smith and Wesson 642 .38 with CT laser grips in a Nemesis pocket holster. I'm trying out a couple of 9x18 pistols, the FEG PA 63 and the Radon P 64, at the range for driving BUGs, they'd be cross-carry IWB, much faster than trying to draw from the pocket with a seatbelt on.

Cool weather: The above and/or CZ75b IWB in a Fist Kydex; Charles Daly 1911 A1, older model, in a Bianchi Yaqui Slide.

In the cold weather; Any of the above and/or Smith and Wesson Model 15 or Smith and Wesson Victory Model .38s in a Don Hume J.I.T. slide; Smith and Wesson 4566 in a Bianchi Yaqui Slide.

One of the snubs are almost always in the pocket, even at home, the others depend on what I'm doing that day.

I carry a Taurus M85UL .38 in my briefcase when the weater is warm. When winter comes around it moves to my coat pocket. If I don't have a coat or the breifcase I ussually don't have a gun unless my Keltec P40 is in the glove box of my car or truck I am driving.

I have been wanting to get a Keltec P3AT for a while now but have been busy buying and saving for other guns at this point. What I like about that gun is it is really small and easy to conceal. Most of the time I a wearing jeans and a t-shirt. I am a bigger guy and most of what I try to conceal ends up being very visable.

On Duty I carry a Sig P220. I have been thinking about getting a glock 22 or 23 for duty carry since that is what eveyone else on the department carries. Never really liked glocks but I would like to carry the .40 cal and I can buy the Glock through my Department for just over $400 with night sites. Pretty hard to beat that. I had the chance to hold a G22 with the Laser Grip installed and that felt pretty good, It really improved the grip of the gun, which is my main complaint about it anyway.

Just got a new CCW to replace my Taurus MilPro PT140. It's a Witness P Compact .45. The PT 140 was an excellent gun and I made a big mistake selling it, and I went through smoe changes but I'm all better now. BTW, I also carry a Cobra .38 spl derringer as a back up.

Thought I would add some pics of the two guns I carry most of the time.

Sig P220

Taurus M85 ultra lite, This is an old pic, I have a full handgrip installed, I don't know how to explain it except it has 3 finger groves, midle, ring and pinky. The grip shown only fits the middle and ring, the pinky has to rest under the grip, Hope that makes since.

AKClone, I have been looking at Bursa a little bit on the net and I have to say, without having ever handled one, I am kinda interested. What is the size comparison of say your Bursa to a Keltec P3AT or a Walther PPK?

I've been carrying a Beretta Tomcat in .32 auto. Not as powerful as my .38 snubby, but if I had to use it I would not feel sorry for myself.

Not familiar with the Keltec or PPK, but I have a Bersa Thunder .380. Nice gun, small too. I like it. I think it's supposed to be very similar in size to the PPK, from what I hear. Go getcha one, I paid $225 for mine a couple months ago NIB, deals are out there.

They even have their own fan club.... :: Bersa Talk :: - Forums
