Learning the laws

Can anyone tell me how we are supposed to understand the laws?. They word them in such a way that a regular lay person cannot tell what the H--- it means.I have 2 college degrees and still have no idea what a lot of that jargen is saying. I can tell you its USELESS to ask a cop (not putting down cops) but its like they have been told to confuse us or lie. ps-- lawyers cost too much to ask them!!.

confused

Sport717: Sir; ambiguities allows "Catch 22".
Government needs a way to 'assist themselves' and created a 'government' form; written by Lawyers, so in the end the Lawyers get your MONEY.

Another way to say this: Gray area, We You THEM THOSE do not want an exacting minuet, day, sun in the east, while you face west law.

NC Law has certain requirements, Texas has other requirements.

These Gray area are to help either the Government prosecute you, or a defense attorney get your money.

I just confused myself.

What were you trying to say? I just took my CCW training Sun and asked the instructor some questions (he is a cop, hes now working IA) and he didnt help really with my questions. I was going to ask my moms best friend she works for a lawyer.
