Anyone Heard of a Franklin Arms AR?

Hi everyone. I'm considering a NFA AR, and a dealer said that a local seller has a cast reciever Franklin Arms AR converted by bushmaster for about 10k. Has anyone heard of franklin arms? I'm concerned about the cast reciever as well. Does this sound above market? What should I be looking for? Thanks!

Franklin Arms is fine, and if it was indeed converted by Bushmaster you have nothing to worry about. $10K is about right for a FA AR conversion that is not a popular name brand like Colt. If you are concerned about the cast receiver you need to find out what in the gun is considered the MG - if it is a DIAS or Lightning Link then you can put it into any receiver you want.
