Can you buy new Auto's with class III?

Or does the 86 ban stop that?

Any transferable arms will have to have been registered prior to the '86 ban. There are new available to/for dealer samples, police and gov't agencies but nothing to private transfers. This was signed into law by the staunch Conservative, Ronald Reagan....

Yes, a class 3 dealer can buy new full auto weapons, but post 1986 weapons can only be transfered to Law Enforcement from the class 3 dealer.

I concur with the two gentlemen above me.

Unless a politician is for the repeal of 86' auto ban then he/she IS NOT pro second amendment.
