Class III question

Actually I had a chance to purchase 4 units. 2 of them were empty, and 1 was near empty. The other one had a bunch of moldy cloths and crap, broken electronics, and a human skull (a real human skull). When I got married I thought about renting a storage unit to store my pool table and beer brewing equipment but in the end after about 1.5 years rent I will have paid more in rent than I would to replaced the stuff i would be storing. I imagine most these people that rent storage units are too dumb to come to that conclusion initially and then when they do realize it, they go in grab their crap and just stop paying the rent or when they start to fall behind on rent they grab their crap before its pad locked and run.
