starting .22 team

I'm going to be starting to practice with a youth .22 competition team and i was wondering if anybody had any advice for me...thanks

practice practice practice and some more practice i dont know the details of what exactly are you doing pistol? rifle ?also whats the target ? silihoutte ? paper? more details is what i need i am am a proud member of the smith county 4-h shooting sports team in pistol division its fun

Learn proper Breathing , concentration, and familiarity with your gun and where it shoots, and also a good , crisp trigger helps...then Practice, practice, practice !

it may sound boring to some, but thats the way it is. as it was said, control breating, shoot from different positions, developing the muscles you need for this comes from lots of practice. when you are more comfortable with shooting find that sweet spot where your almost out of breath and you got a good fix on the target, and you can feel that the movement you see through the scope or sights is at it's most minimal, and squeeze that trigger.............gently. thats the meat and potatoes of it, simple as heck, now get to work.
