matched set

i am in the process of getting a pair of pietta model 1873 colt 45's 43/4 in. bbl. case hardened, six shooters! POW !POW! KAPWING!
any thoughts on these?

sucklead,
i know you are into cowboy shooting so i will ask your advice on this.
with a fine pair of guns such as these im gonna need a hat.
which do you prefer? this one?

or this one?

they look a lot like this

p.s. i am not a real cowboy.

at my clubs range we have a little fake ghost town with a bunch of different store fronts ,saloons and such and those pop up targets.
i am not joining any comps. (i dont have the time!) but it will be fun to try my hand at those targets.

You`ll also need a dodgey cowpoke name like, ` Rawhide Chaps ` or, `The Naugahyde Kid `, The Durango Kid would be taken I`d wager.

Custom embossed holster, butt forward for the cross draw perhaps? Your call, Bill.

Seriously, Cowboy Action is a VERY social activity, you could meet wimmin doing it, eh.. Seriously.

We want pics of the Six guns when you git `em, pard.

Does anybody else see Robot Mole People in those photos, or is it only me? What do they have to do with Cowboy Action Shooting?

Mrs. Triggerjerk and I are both looking at your post right now. I see a moleman and a bunch of robots on a green floor with white stripes. That's what's coming over to my computer. You posted this robot photo in the past. Why am I getting that one? I am not seeing the big hat that you PM'd me last night!

I also have other trouble with the site. When I click on a blog title, all the boxes that should be over to the left cover the left side of the blog. If I click on the blog's author's name, everything lines up perfectly. I discussed this with Chris, and we think that may be AOL. Good thing that you PM'd me the photo of the big hat. Mrs. Triggerjerk still says Russell Crowe, by the way.
