I received the lastest C&R "State Laws and Published Ordinances" update material for year 2008.

It is dated 2006/ 27th Edition (yellow cover).

Any other C&R holders getting the same one?

I always wanted to get a C&R licence but it says you have to keep strict recordkeeping and I am very bad at recordkeeping. Heck, I even forget to mail mortgage payments sometimes.

Keeping record for C&R is not as bad as a comercial FFl, All you do is keep your recieps and write down serial no.'s dates bought, make ,where you got it from,and a few ither details and put the book away untill you get another one to enter.I had a couple of ATF agents come by my house after hurricane katrena and ask me how many gun I had and if any of them were lost in the storm. I told them no and ask them if they wanted to see the guns and my bound book and they told me no an went on there way.The licence makes it easy to buy at a cheaper price and have them shipped directly to you.It also makes you spend more money if you dont watch out.
