C&R question

Is a C&R license really worth the cost? Are prices any better from Century and the like than say Big 5? Is there any kind of ammmo savings over AIM or Sportsmans Guide? Thanks for your input

Yes to all. You will get decent pricing from arms distributors as well as from companies like Midway USA. You will quickly make up for the $30 in savings and transfer fees.

I agree with Joe. $55. moisins, $99. Mausers,$89. cz52s,$199.cz82s etc.. I have a hard time controlling myself! Note; those prices are what the weapons started at, as supplies dwindle the prices go up. I've learned to buy as soon as I see a new one hit the market

I wait a while after they first hit the market to see if the market gets flooded with the new stuff first. Sometimes the prices go down a bit with more competition. It can be a gamble so you cant wait too long or you may miss out too.

Thanks for the input. I had a Class 1 FFL about 20-25 years ago, but gave it up because places like Walmart were selling to the public about 10% cheaper than I could buy from the manufacturer. Thanks again

What's the deal on C&R? Do you have to get one to have lotsa guns? I always thought if you can afford(Wrong word)something, you can own it. And will my class I do the same thing for me? Gotta have the class I to gunsmith, and that's gonna be enough paperwork for me. Scotty
