what does it take to get something from the CMP? do you have to be in a shooting sanctioned group? or does the C & R do all that?

here ya go ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
best way if you got a C&R ya still gotta join one of there clubs, best way to do that is to join thw GCA for 25 bucks a month
your c&r and GCA membership card and birth certificate then is all ya need, oh..... if ya dont wanan wait you can join the GCA when you get there unless ya mailing it in
