Thumbs down Why is Ellett Brothers only stocking 1 550?

I don't understand this at all. They have 12 shotguns cataloged but only the 550 Varmint Kevlar in 22-250. Haven't been to their website yet or checked elsewhere but can't imagine why.

I used to have an account with Ellett Bros. bought a lot of stuff from them until they changed ownership a few years ago. they dropped me cause I wasn't a "stocking dealer". now I spend my money elsewhere.

Usually low stocking levels at the wholesale level or warehouse distributor level are either based on very limited demand for a particular model or very limited availability from the manufacturer. That holds true in every industry I've ever been around, no matter if it is automobiles, welding supplies, or guns....If the demand is there and the inventory is available Ellett Bros. would not intentionally miss the opportunity to make a sale. That is just the nature of business.
