Been working on some rifles and shooting stuff. Dad gum Winchester Model 70 30-06 is just killing muh shoulder. Went and bought a Limb Saver that was 'sposed to be a purty near fit...It ain't even close. Gotta' take it back and swap it fer one a little bigger. Been puttin' a Bushnell Red Dot sight on muh AR. Thought I'd try one out 'fore I sunk any amount of money into them. Its alright. Had to go get riser blocks fur it, today, too. I be here. Lurkin'. JB

Hiya, Gents! ramdriver here as a new member. I've been looking for a friendly forum about CZ 82's. Seems like a decent bunch ya got goin' here. Just got a CZ82 at Gander Mountain for $250. Maybe that seems a lot, but after transfer fees and shipping I didn't think it was too bad. Went to register it on my permit today, not fully awake to the fact it's Veteran's Day. I gotta get me an alarm calender, Whaddaya think? Any way, thanks for all yer input and info, and again, Hello!

Welcome to G&G!!!!!! Congrats on the purchase of your CZ82. $250 out the door is not really that bad, especially if it was a decent one. Now that you've got the 82, is your 52 being shipped yet? How about the 75B, and not to forget the 452. There's just something about the CZ guns, bet ya can't stop at just 1.

First 82

I'm working down around Cincinnati this week and I couldn't resist calling SOG yesterday to place an order for pick-up, today..

I walked out with a bunch of rounds for my K31 Swiss, 500 rounds of Mak ammo, and a shiny CZ82..

I then wandered over to AIM and picked up 1000 rounds of Golden Tiger for my SKS/AK guns and also 200 rounds of Greek 30-06 ammo for my (hopefully) soon to arrive Garand from CMP..

It's weird walking out of a place with a pistol without waiting or filling out a 4473, and being in a different state. Today, I decided that the Curio and Relic license is worth any hassle that it comes with..

Looking forward to getting home this week and playing with the CZ.. I never seem to find anyone with anything bad to say about them, so, at $200 a pop, I have a hunch it won't be my last one.

Hey, There, Phoenix 79! I had a CZ52, like new 54 model. Shot it once, Blamed thing jumped the rear rail of the slide, cracked the frame from bottom to top at the firing pin. Scared HELL out of me, to say the LEAST! Everybody else had good stuff to say about the gun, but my experience wasn't good. I'll stick with the 82, Thanx.

My collection consists of: M44 Mosin, Model 24/47 Yugo, SKS, P97 Ruger, P95 Rugr, Model 23 Glock, Model 17 Remington, and a Mark 2. Gun collecting is a DISEASE! It's only cured temporarily by full credit cards and a flat wallet! Whaddaya think? The older I get, the faster and better I used to Be!

That is odd that yours blew up on you. I wonder if you were shooting the bulgarian milsurp ammo. Anyways, if you ever feel the itch again check out the chrome ones at Classic Arms Inc. and again, Welcome to G&G
