CZ-52 accessory links!?!?!

I've been wondering if anyone knew where I could get a grip extension for the mag for a CZ-52. Like the one that is used on the display gun that Makarov.com uses. I'll put up the link to a picture of it. http://www.makarov.com/graphics/cz52...e2portFull.JPG
Hope some one has an idea.

They had those specially made and no longer sell them, unfortunately... I haven't been able to find them anywhere else either.
