DPMS Sportical .223 Value

Ok, I have a brand new DPMS Sportical 223. I bought it, opened it, and put it in my safe. It has everything it came with and the 2 (30) mags still in the plastic from DPMS. I was thinking about selling it to a friend who doesn't know it yet. I want to know what they are selling for now. I haven't seen the sportical model anywhere since I bought this one. I want to offer it to him for a fair price. Anyone? Thanks

Went to Gunbroker. If you believe them then $839 seems to be about the going NIB price. I find they run a bit high but for an Ar now I think $839 is fair. Got to gunbroker .com search for dpms sportical

Yes, I already looked on there but I wanted a real world price. I thought maybe someone knows of a local shop around them that might have one.

When I last saw a DPMS several weeks ago in a local shop it was over $800.00 (It was NIB but I didn't see the model). I know that he had a couple of bushmasters that were more like $1,000.00 and he had a couple of Ak's that were over $800.00. I know you want to do right by your friend and I can appreciate that. It is a sellers market right now on just about everything handgun and Black Rifle so just watch out for yourself. Also it is going to be difficult to replace an AR for the forseable future.
