I have purchast hundreds espeshaly if their on striper clips.
At the gun shows they go for $1.oo to $2.oo hear in canada.:cheer:

Only surplus I buy is the Greek HXP .303 when I can find some....

Who's surplus is it? If it's the old Pakistani stuff from the 'sixties, the primers tend to be bad. You could get a few misfires, and a few unnerving delayed fires.

If you're plinking, that isn't necessarily disasterous; just something to be aware of.

It is 40's to 50's British Made ammo, It is CORROSIVE , berdan primed ball 174 grain..Ok for plinking, Just have your bore cleaner (Windex)with you after you shoot it !

I love to plink and i love to clean my guns. Dont ask me why i enjoy cleaning them but i just do. So if you clean your guns after every shoot, what does it matter if it is corrosive? Also what do you mean by click, bang?

It would depend on the country of manufacture and age. Still, $65 is not a huge investment.
