.303/25 and .303 cartridge lengths

Howdy,

Could someone pls let me know what the correct cartridge length of the .303/25 and the .303 should be (empty case not reloaded? ) Also what should the overall length (reloaded) for both should be.

According to my Reloading for Rifles and Pistols by Barry Wimot, the .303 British case length is 56.44 mm or 2.222", Mr. Wilmot lists the same measurements for the venerable 303-25 Australian. OAL is probably in the ADI manual I `ve yet to download since I reformatted, stay tuned for further updates!

Duh, isnt the OAL for the .303 77 mm or 3.03" ??
