| Ammo for Enfield No.4 Mk2 I am curious as to what ammo to use in my Enfield. I also have a 303 British my dad had brought home after WW2. The bullets for that rifle are the "norma 303 British". I took one of the norma 303s and put it in the Enfield magazine (clip) and it fit like it belonged there. Is there a difference or is the norma 303 British shells compatiable with the Enfield? |

| Mr. Fixit ![]() | I'm not familiar with a separate "Norma .303 British" round. Are they just .303 British rounds made by Norma? Your Enfield uses standard .303 Brit. ammo which is very common and readily available.

| What toolman said is correct. It will take a regular .303 British round. |

| Google up "Sportsman's Guide" - they have a good deal going on .303 British in their current shooting catalog.

| Thanks to all for the info on the 303 ammo. I am getting anxious to fire the weapon and just see if the Old Sarge can still shoot! |
