| How many Enfields do you have? Only one, a No.1 MKIII* made in 1918 at the Enfield Arsenal. (Is arsenal the correct term?) It's in remarkable condition, just misses Excellent but a good strong V. Good. It has a 4 digit serial number stamped in five places, I'm trying to remember all the places but one is on the tangent sight which has windage adjustment. Someone on another forum told me that III*'s do not have windage adjustment but this one does. Whoever this rifle was issued to took good care of it. The bluing is perfect. |
