I just sold a BSA from 1917 that was sportsterized to a friend that wanted it. I have two Mosins, so I'm set for high powered rifles.

Mosins make real nice lookin deer rifles sporterized. Ram-line sells a nice cammo stock for about 75 bucks I just cant see payin as much or more for the stock then you would for the gun.

I have one No.4 Mk.1/2, dated 1944, and two 1917-dated BSA No.1 Mk.3* - one was an Indian Wire-wrap grenade launcher that I restored back to a battle rifle. All are very good shooters.

Hi All ... Long time no type ... I just bought my second Enfield. It's a Savage Model 4 Mark I. The numbers all match and it appears to be in excellent condition. I'm having trouble finding good info on serial numbers and manufacture dates, but I'm guessing '43 or '44 since there's no date. I understand it was mid '43 that Savage stopped dating them. My first is a 1944 British made Model 4 Mark 1. It's a mis-match with most of the finish gone, but it is really accurate and probably one of the most pleasurable bolt actions in my collection to shoot. I can't wait to shoot the new one!!! PS Love what you've done to the place while I was away!!! Nice job!!!

I have none. That's right none. Plans and cash to get one, just haven't found one decently priced in my area. So I'll be joining your ranks soon enough.
