Ah, but I do have the neck size only die. And other than the one case head separation, which could be just a one shot deal, (Yes I did that on purpose!) the reloads have worked fine.

I had the same issue with my No1 MKIII and am still in search of a bolt head that will fit. I think I have located a place that has them just waiting for a reply to my email from them if they have the larger ones in stock. I also found a barrel so I may just pick it up if I can't get this thing working. I don't know how much I really want to work on this anymore since I have the two No. 4s that are in perfect working order.

I heard from somewhere that CBC just acquired S&B. I wonder if that will affect Winchester, because they were getting their 7.62X54R ammo from S&B.

I know this has become a thread about bolt heads but I'm gonna respond to the original question...

I just shot S&B 180g out of my No. 5. My observation is that it was just as accurate as the Wolf brass 174g I shot before it but definitely loaded a little hotter.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I have noticed that their ammo seems to be a little hotter than other manufactures in all the calibers I have tried. I have tried their 223, 303, and 9mm(out of a friends pistol) They do seem a little warm
