No, but I have a coffee-can ice cream recipe. 1 lb coffee can with lid 3 lb coffee can with lid roll of duct tape crushed ice rock salt Ingredients: 1 cup milk 1 cup whipping cream 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla (chopped nuts, or pieces of fruit, optional) Combine all the ingredients in a clean 1 lb coffee can with a tight fitting plastic lid. Duct tape the lid.. Place 1 lb coffee can in 3 lb coffee can. Pack crushed ice around the smaller can. Pour a little less than a cup of rock salt over the ice. Replace lid on 3 lb can. Roll the can back and forth on the ground or a tail gate for 10 minutes. Remove the inside can carefully. Keep salt solution out of the small can. Remove lid of small can and stir ice cream with a rubber spatula. Replace and retape lid. Drain ice water from larger can and place smaller can inside. Repack with ice and salt. Roll back and forth 5 - 10 minutes more depending on how firm you like your ice cream. Makes about 3 cups.

troy I'm not going to ask how you did that (set up your computer ) because if I did it just about everything I type would be red lined. LOL Since I've been a member here I'm getting better at spelling. When my son lived at home I would call out BRIAN how do you spell such and such and sometimes he'd spell it and follow up and say didn't you learn anything at school ? Geez that was along time ago...A.H |

ok , im done foolin around Peach Cobbler Large can of sliced peaches in heavy syrup Bisquick Drain off syrup. Save 1/4 cup of this syrup. Mix the 1/4 cup of syrup with Bisquick until it forms a batter type consistency. Pour batter back over sliced peaches in the can. Place lid over mix. Set can into hot coals. Cook until flour has formed hard dumplings. Sweet Potato-Raisin Coffee Can Cake 1½ cups sugar ½ cup vegetable oil 2 eggs ⅓ cup water 1 ¾ cups plain flour 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon (I double this amount.) 1 teaspoon soda ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes ½ cup chopped nuts (I prefer walnuts.) ½ cup raisins Combine sugar, oil, eggs, water. Beat at medium speed. Combine next five ingredients. Add to egg mixture, mixing just until moistened. Stir in potatoes, nuts and raisins. Pour into two greased and floured coffee cans. Cans should be about half full. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. I mentioned Taste of Home’s sweet potato bread recipe. It is almost exactly like this one, except it adds more spices: nutmeg, allspice and cloves as well as 6 tablespoons of orange juice. The recipe is baked as one big cake in a larger loaf pan, also at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!<SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%">
