Suggestions for game birds.....

My father gave me some birds from his latest outing....I have my own receipes but anyone got anything to suggest....

Ive got 2 Pheasants about 12 quail and I think he called them huns about 8 of those.

ezearln is back and I bet he has a jim dandy recipe, maybe he'll check this Thread.

Stuff the quail with sausage and apple. YUM!
The HUNgarian Partridge can be done the same. Or you can reduce equal amounts of low sodium teriyaki and mirin to a syrup and baste while grilling/broiling. Any recipe for chicken will work well for pheasant.
