| La Caja Pig Box?
Do any of you know anything about the La Caja pig box grill? Our wine making group had a little get-together last night and one of the guys wants he and I to have a pig roast for the group next month in his La Caja pig box grill. He tried to describe it to me - the charcoal goes on the top - and it seemed a little odd. What can you pig-cookers tell me? |

I thought I had posted a vid on it. Bobby Flay had a "Throwdown with La-Caja China". La Caja China Box - Superb Pig Roasting BBQ Grills and Smokers I hope this helps you. I have been wanting one for a while. I think the pig comes out about the same as it would if you burried it. http://www.expertvillage.com/video-s..._pig-china.htm http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/b...ipe/index.html Hey knightrider I have a thirty pound shoulder in my freezer. You got a good recipe for a tangy and spicy sauce?
