Smoke it... ...then savor it on crispy crackers with some sharp swiss cheese? |

I don't smoke Kings, only Reds and sometimes Silvers. If I get lucky on Reds then I don't do any Silvers and steak them too. I'm picky about my grilled salmon. I like a inch and a half steak done over charcoal until it's just barely transluscent in the middle. Usually about 5-6 minutes on a side. Then of course I can use Reds and Pinks for salmon patties. Cook up the patties about as round as a hamburger bun. Stack them up between wax paper and stuff them into a double bread wrapper. What about you other Alaska Men ?? Got any nifty ideas ??

Reminds me somewhat of days in Norway... ...and enjoying salmon prepared and served on their docks. Delicious indeed... ...drool, drool, drool. |

Rub it with butter and season liberally with Penzey Northwoods seasoning. Bake at 375.

I think the best option has already been suggested, and thats making it in to a pasta dish and alfredo. Hard to beat that. Or just heat it up, have a nice baked potato with lots of butter and sour cream. I put so much pepper on the potato, the top of it is black and you can't see the sour cream. But pepper to your own preference Keeps the tape worms away
