Replacement Extractor Parts PA-63

I am a newbie to the site and have previously enjoy following the PA-63 issues. I recently purchased one and have enjoyed it until I was in the process og upgrading the springs and found that mine has no extractor on it. It shoots fine and ejects shells while firing but does not when removing shells from the gun to unload it. They fall out when you pull the receiver back. I guess either it arrived without it or fell out during use. What parts will I need to obtain to replace it and could there be other parts missing also for the extractor mechanism? Thanks all in advance.

jkssr,

Any pics you can share of your PA-63 with the frame polished?

Thanks,

Tom

+1!

I think I want to try this, but would like to see someone else's results first

Are you saying that you can push the safety plunger into the channel (chase) from the front (ejection port) side? I tried that with mine and I couldn't make that happen no matter how much I tried. It was as if the plunger was too big to fit in the hole. I know that the channel is bored all the way through but something seemed to stop it and make it want to fall into the hole for the extractor. It would certainly be easier if it could go in from the front! I had to manipulate mine in from the rear and that was very time consuming but it went.
