Insignia Stampings

Does anybody have any information on the insignia stampings stamped into the frame in front of the grip? My PA-63 9X18 Makarov has four little stampings; the number 51, what looks like a wreath around a bell-shaped object, a circle with a "M" in the center, and a open circle. I'm just curious. It has "G.P. trading - St. Alb. VT on the other side in front of the grip.
