| I'm new here so I hope this is the right place for this. There is a movement by several congress members to remove the prohibition of firearms in National Parks. These links will take you to a petition that you can sign to help with this movement and to the original letter sent to Kempthorne. It is in support of the letter from the US Senate to be delivered to Dick Kempthorne (Secretary of the DOI). Please pass it on to anyone you know. The letter from the Senate was just recently delivered so it's important that we follow it up quickly with this petition. Thanks! The petition is found at: Removal of prohibition on firearms on National Park and Fish and Wildlife Federal lands. Petition The original letter sent to Kempthorne is at: http://www.nraila.org/Media/PDFs/kempthorne_ltr.pdf |
