This is huge! That in effect was the legislative branch affirming the 2nd amendment to the Judicial Branch! Now if Bush would grow a set and tell the Justice Department to rescind their anti-gun brief, we would be good. Likely a Clinton left-over that wrote it anyway.

I don't want to get overly confident but this does look very good for our side??rumor has that even McCain is one of the 300 hundred that signed it? I might have to take back what I said about McCain??/
